COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR PATH CONTROL BETWEEN AS AND PATH CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform policy path control including control applicable only between adjacent ASs, between a stub AS side and an upstream AS side.

SOLUTION: An AS doesn't use its own AS number or uses an AS number of an upstream AS instead when informing of its own AS number or advertising attribute information including its own AS number to the stub AS side. In addition, the AS doesn't discard but relays attribute information which passes ASs and is not relayed normally, when relaying path information received from one AS side to the other AS side.
