<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system for efficiently performing packet transmission, while suppressing the influence of multiple-access interference in packet signal transmission. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio communication system, each mobil station includes a timing error detection packet transmitting means for transmitting a packet to detect the deviation of reception timings between mobile station devices to a base station, before transmitting packet data. The base station includes a reception timing difference detecting means for detecting the reception timing deviation of a reception signal between the mobil stations, based on the packet; and a transmission timing control information reporting means for generating transmission timing control information, to allow each mobile station to adjust a transmission timing and reporting it to each mobile station. Each mobile station includes a transmission timing adjusting means for adjusting the transmission timing of the packet data, based on the transmission timing control information reported from the base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
