PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record real-time information while maintaining continuity. SOLUTION: A real-time information dealing module 201 calculates the size of the lowest continuity write-in region, in which continuity of real time information 204 can be held at the reproduction, based on the maximum seek time, zone information, alternate region information, real reading speed, and a data rate when the real-time information 204 is written in a medium 203. A write-in module 200 seeks the lowest continuity write-in region, having sufficient quantity for writing the real-time information 204 from the medium 203 based on the calculated result; and when it exists, a device 202 is controlled so that the real-time information 204 is written in the region.
