PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-counting device for exchanging money collecting bags at the collecting of money using a single-operation, in order to speedily execute a money collecting task, and for reducing the money-collecting operation. SOLUTION: This coin counting device is provided with a coin inputting part 10 having an opening to accept and eject inputted coins, a coin-paying machine 2 having a storage part positioned so as to be connected to the opening of the coin inputting part and an ejection port to count and eject coins in the storage part, an almost annular mounting body, surrounding a plane in a range where the coins ejected from the ejection port 24d of the coin-ejecting machine are dropped for mounting a money-collecting bag 43 to store coins to be ejected from the ejection port 24d by opening and folding it and a holding body 44 for holding the opening 43a of the money collecting bag by pressurizing it to the mounting body 42.
