<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method to support a native and docking station DVI connector whose costs can be reduced, and whose complicatedness can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a processing component in a housing which generates display information, a graphic component connected to the processing component which outputs the display information as a DVO signal, a multiplexer 30 connected to the graphic component which receives the DVO signal, and equipped with two outputs, a first TMDS transmitter 32 connected to the first multiplexer output which transmits the DVO signal, a first DVI connector 14 connected to the first TMDS transmitter 32 which applies a DVI output in the housing to an external display, a second TMDS transmitter 34 connected to the second multiplexer output which transmits the DVO signal as the DVI output and docking connectors 22 and 24 connected to the second TMDS transmitter 34 which applies the DVI output in the housing to a docking station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
