PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and finely adjust a position of a cutting edge without replaceing one by one by largely reducing the number of constituent part items. SOLUTION: An adjusting screw 10 is threadedly engaged with a tool body 2. The adjusting screw 10 is threadedly engaged with a screw hole carved in an outer peripheral part of a collar part 6 of the tool body 2, and the tip is arranged toward a flange 13 arranged in a shank. The flange 13 is formed in a diameter larger than the shank in a base part of the shank, and is formed in the size fitted to a fitting hole 12 arranged in the collar part 6 of the tool body 2, and is provided with a cutout 15 having an abutting surface 15a abutting on the tip of the adjusting screw 10 when put in a state of being fitted to the fitting hole 12.
