摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic porous membrane material having a high surface area and its application. SOLUTION: In a method for producing the ceramic porous membrane which has a number of pores at the inside and which has a membrane thickness of 0.23-0.74μm and a high surface area of 38-56% porosity by one operation of coating, a control method of the membrane thickness and the porosity of the ceramic porous membrane comprises (1) preparing a uniform sol solution by dropping a metal alkoxide in water containing oligosaccharides or dropping the metal alkoxide in water and then adding the oligosaccharides after precipitation occurs, and after adding an acid or an alkali, heating the precipitate obtained by hydrolysis, (2) preparing a membrane by applying the uniform sol solution onto a substrate, drying, and heat treating, and (3) controlling the membrane thickness and the porosity of the ceramic porous membrane in respective ranges by from (1) to (2).
