PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking of a chloride gas piping leading out produced chloride gas from a chlorination furnace producing the chloride gas by a fluidized bed, and to prevent corrosion of a blocking preventing device by the chloride gas. SOLUTION: A cleaning rod 4 is provided in the gas piping 2 of the chlorination furnace 1 so that a head part is inserted into a portion in the piping with conspicuous clogging. A first driving part 10 providing an impact function in an axial direction and a turning function around an axis, and a second driving part 11 providing reciprocation in the axial direction are provided as driving parts of the cleaning rod 4. A housing part 6 is provided for housing the cleaning rod 4 so that its head part is ejected from the gas piping 2 when the cleaning rod 4 retreats. An outer face of the cleaning rod 4 is sealed by two seal parts 7 and 7 provided in two rows in the axial direction, and a pressure between the seal parts 7 and 7 is raised higher than any one of an in-furnace pressure and the atmospheric pressure.
