PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with piping connection in a pure vapor manufacturing apparatus for use in process of medicine manufacture and food manufacture by uniting a heater, a vapor can, and a gas/liquid separator integrally, and to continuously and efficiently generate the vapor having high purity and high quality. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a heating can section 10 having a function of a heater and a vaporization can section 20 having a function of producing vapor and a gas/liquid separation function due to a cyclone 8 both combined vertically up and down. The heating can section 10 heats supply water taken in from a supply water intake hole 1 through heat transfer pipes 2, 3, and pressure feeds it directly to an upper reception hole 4 of the vaporization can section 20 in a vapor and liquid droplets mixture state under the pressure of produced vapor. The heat transfer pipes 2, 3 of the heating can section 10 is constituted as a straight pipe reciprocating type in which the supply water is raised in the heat transfer pipe 3 disposed outside and descends in the heat transfer pipe 2 disposed at the inside of the central part.
