A device for functional testing of selective call equipment includes coding switches (4) with corresponding code service display, in which the device contains a CPU (1) in which is filed user-specific programs. A control element (7) is used to initiate a selective call request, generated by the CPU and passed via a modulator (9) to a transmitter (10), with matching antenna, in the frequency range of equipment being called.
