To arrange bio polymers, for analysis, they are bonded into screen arrays with bonding points to give a three-dimensional structure with recesses in trough shapes, with a molecular probe in each trough for at least one polymer. The molecular structures are biological macro molecules e.g. proteins and especially multi-enzyme complexes, biological or synthetic membranes, oligonucleotides, DNA, RNA, messenger RNA (mRNA), genome structures or other molecular components of cells or technical micro structures. They are observed by a variety of microscope systems.
