<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrolytic solution and a lithium cell using it securing reliability of the cell and manufacturing the cell with the thickness of which is within an acceptable value even if charge/discharge cycles are repeated. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electrolytic solution and the lithium cell adopting the solution further includes a heterocyclic compound containing N and O in chemical formula 1 with a tetraalkyl orthosilicate group at an N atom as an additive in an organic electrolytic solution including a lithium salt and a mixed organic solvent composed of a high permittivity solvent and a low boiling point solvent, The lithium cell adopting the organic electrolytic solution can secure its reliability and maintain the thickness thereof constant even after the charging/discharging cycles are repeated, wherein, in the formula 1, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>are linear type or branched type alkyl groups of 1-10 C, respectively, R<SB>4</SB>is a linear type or a branched type alkylene group of 1-10 C and X is a heterocyclic group containing N and O. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
