<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily producible, quite useful and eco-friendly paper packaging container. <P>SOLUTION: This paper container comprises a paper cup made of a cylindrical or an inverted cone tube shaped paper side wall and a paper bottom for closing one end of the cylindrical side wall or the smaller diameter end of the inverted cone tube shaped side wall, and a paper lid made of a paper cylindrical part having roughly the same inner diameter as the outer diameter of the other end of the cylindrical side wall or the outer diameter of the larger diameter end of the inverted cone shaped side wall and a paper closing part closing one end of the cylindrical part and having a flat face on the other side of the cylindrical part.
