PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device and air conditioner having it for minimizing the pressure fluctuation of air passing through the blades of a blowing fan and reducing flowing noise of the blowing fan, because the flow rate of intake air is uniform over the hole intake port and the laminar flow of the intake air is caused by an action of a flow guide section.

SOLUTION: The blowing device comprises the blowing fan, a fan casing disposed so as to surround the blowing fan and having at least one intake port, and an intake guiding member that is disposed in the intake port and guides the intake air to the blowing fan. The intake guiding member includes the flow guide section with a predetermined length extended from the intake port towards the front part of the intake port.
