PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management information transmitting device of a business machine which can realize management of the business machine that is exact and is capable of reducing the user's burden, upon user's necessities, and to provide a business machine and a management information transmission program of a business machine.

SOLUTION: The management information transmitting device of the business machine which can be connected to a management server for carrying out the management of the business machine via a telecommunications line, and transmits information for the management of the business machine by the management server as management information to the management server includes a management information selection input part which makes the user select at least one management information among a plurality of preliminarily set management information so as to input management information for the business machine, and a management information transmission part which transmits the management information inputted by the management information selection input part by a timing based on the user's operation to the management server.
