<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating plant for protection of wind having efficient wind protection and also capable of generating power. <P>SOLUTION: In this wind power generating plant 10 for protection of wind, vertical shaft type wind power generating devices 1 are densely arranged in one or more rows at equal intervals along a coastline.
