<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model that can introduce or update the Internet in facilities such as restaurants and in hotel guest rooms. <P>SOLUTION: The business model is as follows. An information service provider installs, maintains and administers an Internet system in facilities. The facilities provide a free Internet service for customers. The facilities transfer such a number of facility use tickets as is set in agreement with the information service provider to a specific sales agency, instead of the costs of the Internet system. The sales agency pays the information service provider the amount that is equal to the overall costs of installing, maintaining, and administering the Internet system. The tickets may be routed through the information service provider.
