PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of heat exchange efficiency due to frost formation on a main side outdoor heat exchanger of a multi-air conditioner. SOLUTION: In the multi-air conditioner, to uniform high pressures during cooling operation of operation modes, and to uniform low pressures during heating operation, a pressure equalizer is connected between the main side outdoor heat exchanger, and a sub side outdoor heat exchanger.
