摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovering arrangement capable of improving power generation efficiency, even if there is a difference in caloric value of gas, between the upstream side and the downstream side of a path where the gas whose heat is to be recovered is flowing. SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovering arrangement 1 comprises a plurality of thermoelectric modules 13A-13D provided discretely in the flow direction of an exhaust path 11. A connection part 17A comprising a recess is provided between a first thermoelectric module 13A, disposed on the upper stream side and a second thermoelectric module 13B, disposed on the lower stream side. The recess can engage with a heat transfer plate 18A for contacting to the connection part 17A. By making the heat transfer plate 18A come into contact with the connection part 17A, the heat supplied to the first thermoelectric module 13A is transferred to the second thermoelectric module 13B via the heat transfer plate 18A.
