PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining process of a carbon-nano tube of a high refining yield; and a carbon nano-tube structure for accurately arranging the carbon nano-tube in a microstructure. SOLUTION: The short carbon nano-tube cut in carboxylation reaction, is recovered after polymerization by peptidation or esterification reaction by using a compound expressed by a general formula NH<SB>2</SB>-R-NH<SB>2</SB>or HO-R-OH (in the formula, R represents aliphatic hydrocarbon or aromatic hydrocarbon). Treatment for cutting such bonding may be performed after recovery.
