PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measurement apparatus capable of accurately measuring electric power by means of interval averaging even from a signal resulting from applying code division multiplex to a plurality of channels whose power levels are shifted in different periods or timings, to provide an electric power control apparatus and a wireless communication apparatus provided with the electric power measurement apparatus and to provide an electric power measurement method. SOLUTION: An averaging time regulation section 182 calculates a period when a total signal power level is not shifted in an optional timing on the basis of information as to timings when the total signal power level of an input signal resulting from applying code division multiplexing to a plurality of channels received from a power transition timing analysis section 183 is shifted. Then the averaging time regulation section 182 sets a period equal to or shorter than a temporal period when the calculated power level is not shifted and informs a detector 102 about the setting period as a power averaging time T<SB>S</SB>.
