摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of reliably operating a differential amplifier circuit by reducing changes in level of an output signal of a level converting circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 10 is provided with a level converting circuit 11 for shifting voltage levels of input signals IN, INB and outputting the signals, and a differential amplifier circuit 12 operating on the basis of output signals OUT, OUTB of the circuit 11. In the circuit 11, first and second MOS transistors M1, M2 are connected in series, and third and fourth MOS transistors M3, M4 are connected in series between a first power source and a second power source. The input signal IN is supplied to gates of the first and fourth MOS transistors M1, M4, and the input signal INB having a phase reverse to the input signal IN is supplied to gates of the second and third MOS transistors M2, M3.
