ANALYZER FOR ANALYZING ACTIONS OF LARGE AMOUNT OF PROBE MOLECULES AND SUBSTRATE MOLECULES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer for analyzing the actions of a large amount of probe molecules and substrate molecules. SOLUTION: This analyzer is formed by holding a membrane 110 by a metal bottom plate 100 and a metal lid plate 120 and firmly fixing those three members by a fixing device. Many kinds of probe molecules are fixed on the membrane 110. The metal lid plate 120 has a large number of openings 130 and reaction regions 140 are formed by the openings 130 and the membrane 110. The reaction regions 140 are further divided into a large number of divisions 150 and the mutually different probe molecules are dripped on the divisions 150.
