PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that sheets with printed surfaces are smeared by their mutual rubbing attributed to the contact between a first sheet with a printed surface and a second sheet with a printed surface which are fed from a printing part; a conveyance jam is caused among the sheets with printed surfaces; and the sheets with printed surfaces meander or skew, in the continuous double-side printing by a conventional single-process double-side printing device of a single-drum pressing means double-side printing process. SOLUTION: In this double-side printing device, a double-side stencil process printing device 200 comprises a transfer guide 81 which is arranged above a paper refeeding/conveying device 104; holds the tip of the sheet 36a with a printed surface at a transfer position P1 near the printing part 16; and opens the tip of the sheet 36a with a printed surface 4 at an initial position P2 near the upstream side of a sheet refeeding means 45 located lower than the transfer position P1, and a transfer means 87 which reciprocates the transfer guide 81 between the transfer position P1 and the initial position P2.
