PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive rotor for permanent magnet motor in which the permanent magnet can be protected against stripping or cracking due to temperature variation in the installation environment or use environment of the motor while judging manufacture, development, management, and the like, totally. SOLUTION: The rotor comprises a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor base, and thermoplastic resin fitted and bonded to the rotor base fixing surface side of the permanent magnet.
