PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the numbers of information symbols necessary for individual systems to enhance error correcting capability, with respect to a coding system applied to digital signal communication systems. SOLUTION: A coding system made to match with an information symbol system becomes capable of enhancing error correction capability. Consequently, the coding system is obtained which satisfies the numbers of information symbols necessary for individual systems and enhance the error correcting capability. This coding system resolves the problem wherein encoding and decoding methods for enhancing the error correcting capability are limited, in conventional systems, because a coding system of adding information symbol parts and check codes is used and codes consist of information symbols and check codes, respectively.
