PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, made of aluminum nitride sintered body, having a structure capable of precisely forming a heat medium flow passage therein in an extremely easy manner. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is made of aluminum nitride sintered body and structured by (a) a main body member 2 with a plurality of through holes 5 opening at an end face in it and (b) end members 3, 4 respectively connected with both end faces of the main body member 2. In a connection part 6, 7, the heat medium flow passage is formed by providing a groove part 8 for connecting opening parts of the through holes at the main body member 2 and/or the end members 3. Both ends of the heat medium flow passage are respectively open and form a supply port 9 of heat medium and a discharge port 10 of the heat medium. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
