PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing property and sealing stability of a seal member. SOLUTION: The seal member comprises an annular support piece 35 arranged between a container body 23 and a cover body 24, a seal lip section 36 at a cover body side, which is integrally arranged on the support piece 35 and is extended to the cover body 24 side and keeps into contact with the face of a wall at the cover body 24 side, for sealing the cover body 24 side, a seal lip section 37 at a container body side, which is integrally arranged on the support piece 35 and is extended to the container body 23 side and keeps into contact with the face of a wall at the container body 23 side, for sealing the container body 23 side, and a support lip section 38 supporting the support piece 35 by keeping into contact with the face of a wall at the container body 23 side of the support piece 35, the container body 23 side integrally arranged at the cover body 24 side, or the cover body 24 side. A backup section 36A increasing firm contact between the tip of the seal lip section 36 at a cover body side and the face of a wall is arranged at a middle position of the seal lip section 36 at a cover body side.
