PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel construction method for enabling minute adjustment at site without impairing advantage of a construction method by a large integrated panel. SOLUTION: In this wall panel construction method, a face member 8 for structure is not fixed to a column 3a in a side part when manufacturing a wall panel 1 integrating a beam 2 and a column 3 at a factory, columns 3a and beams 2 of adjacent wall panels 1 are mutually connected when constructing the wall panel 1 at construction site, and the face member 8 for structure is fixed to the column 3a in the side part by driving a nail after adjusting plumbing and alignment minutely.
