PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door hinge capable of making a required speed adjustment in the required angle range of closing turning motion. SOLUTION: The door hinge has a first cylinder body 12, a second cylinder body 14 and a speed adjusting device 16. The speed adjusting device has a shaft 18 extending from the second cylinder body into the first cylinder body; a piston member 20 spline-connected to the shaft and screw-engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the first cylinder body; and a passage member 22 provided in the first cylinder body. The passage member has a first speed adjusting passage 34 applying first passage resistance to the flow of a fluid from a second chamber 26 formed on one end side of the piston member, to a first chamber 24 formed on the other end side, in a first stroke range out of the axial stroke of the piston member 20, and a second speed adjusting passage 36 applying second passage resistance to the flow of the fluid from the second chamber 26 to the first chamber 24 in a second stroke range.
