PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo split type entrance of steel construction realizing a steel-framed prefabricated structure for preventing a lowering of structural strength of a portal, shortening a construction period and having stable strength. SOLUTION: This bamboo split type entrance 1 of steel construction has the portal 5 inclined to be gradually lower in height toward the outside of a pit and provided with a skeleton section 2 made of steel having an inner void cross section almost equivalent to the cross section of a tunnel T, and an inner decorative section 3 stuck to the inner diameter side of the skeleton section 2. The skeleton section 2 is constructed by framing in a mutually intersecting manner, a plurality of horizontal steel frames 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel T, a plurality of curved steel arches 12 extending in the circumferential direction of the tunnel T, and a curved inclined arch 13 laid in inclined shape along the edge shape of the portal 5.
