PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in game. SOLUTION: An operation handle 8 is composed of a handle base 26, a ring holder 27, and a face cover 28. The handle base 26 and the face cover 28 are fixed so as to hold the ring holder 27 turnably therebetween. The ring holder 27 is urged to a reference position by a torsion spring 41. The outer peripheral portion of the handle base 26 is turnably attached with a handle fixing plate 33. The handle fixing plate 35 is urged to a release position by a torsion spring 35. The outer peripheral portion of a shaft portion 27b is formed with a ring gear 27c. A CPU 15a drives a shooting device 17 to shoot a pachinko ball 7 onto a game board 4 at a shooting power according to the turning amount of the ring holder 27. When a player turns the handle fixing plate 33, an engaging gear portion 33b is engaged with the gear teeth of the ring gear 27o. Thus, the ring holder 27 is fixed so as not to be turned.
