<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution by fitting a reinforcing plate formed with a bracket hold section, a wall face fitting section, and a cover hook section to a wall face, fixing a bracket to the reinforcing plate, and fixing a handrail bar to the tip of the bracket. SOLUTION: A bracket hold section is located at the center, and a wall face fitting section and a cover hook section are arranged on both sides to form a reinforcing plate 3. Screws 12 are inserted into elliptic screw holes formed on the wall face fitting section of the reinforcing plate 3, and the reinforcing plate 3 is fixed to a wall face 2. A bolt is fixed in an elliptic bracket hook hole formed on the bracket hold section of the reinforcing plate 3, and a bracket 9 is fixed to the reinforcing plate 3 via this bolt.
