PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently manufacturing a commercializable synthetic resin window material by recycling the waste material of a vinyl chloride resin window material having olefin resin protective film stuck on the surface thereof and occasionally having an acrylic resin coated layer without removing the protective film and the acrylic resin layer. SOLUTION: The waste material of the vinyl chloride resin window sash having vinyl chloride resin and olefin resin or acrylic resin is crushed to particles having an averaged particle diameter of 0.50 to 1.5 mm and a bulk density of 0.40 to 0.60 g/cc. A composition A formed mainly of thus obtained pulverized matter and a composition B formed mainly of unused vinyl chloride resin or unused acrylic resin are co-extruded so that at least the surface layer of the produced synthetic resin window material facing outdoors can be formed of the composition B to obtain deformed extrusion.
