<p>The vehicle parking permit has a time indicating disc in a flat sleeve that is displayed in the vehicle. A thumb wheel is used to set the time in a window. Included in the unit is a knife blade [7] for emergency cutting of the seat belt following an accident. The sleeve also provides storage locations for coins [15] used in parking.</p> |
