MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wire harness capable of sufficiently securing waterproofing capability among wires of a part for mounting a grommet of a wire group.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a wire harness comprises: a first process S1 for fitting one surface side of a sheet with a water cutoff agent linearly applied to the one surface side to the wire group so as to set the water cutoff agent nearly perpendicular to the wire group; a second process S2 for winding the sheet around the wire group after linearly applying the water cutoff agent so as to superimpose it on the above water cutoff agent from the upper side of the wire group with the sheet fitted thereto; a third process S3 for forming a wall by impregnating the water cutoff agent in spaces between the respective wires and between the wire group and the one surface side of the sheet to form a cup-like part by using the wall and the one surface side of the sheet as constituent elements; and a fourth process S4 for filling the cup-like part with the water cutoff agent and solidifying it to form an inter-wire waterproof part.
