MOLD MONITORING DEVICE, MOLD MONITORING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to properly prevent the occurrence of erroneous judgment by preliminarily extracting a region becoming the cause of erroneous judgment before molding is started to register the same and extracting the region becoming the cause of erroneous judgment from the successive normality judge result after the start of molding to register the same and to stop the operation of a molding machine to make it unnecessary to alter the setting of a mold monitoring device.

SOLUTION: This mold monitoring device has an image input part 67 for acquiring the surface image of the movable mold 13 or fixed mold 12 of the molding machine, a reference image data base 52 for storing the reference image preliminarily acquired by the image input part 67, a judge processing part 61 for comparing the image to be judged acquired by the image input part 67 with the reference image to perform judge processing and judging whether there is abnormality in the image to be judged and an erroneous judge candidate data base 55 for storing an erroneous judge candidate region becoming the cuase of erroneous judgment in judge processing.
