<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor illuminating lamp without hindering driving, by preventing the light from entering a field of view of a driver via an inside rear view mirror when used in a rear seat. <P>SOLUTION: This indoor illuminating lamp is constituted by arranging a bulb 37 and a reflecting plate 40 to be offset to a lens 54 so that the the optical axis LB1 of a beam of light emitted from the bulb 37 and the optical axis LB2 of the reflected light reflected by the reflecting plate 40, cross in the longitudinal direction with the axis CL of the lens 54. Thus, the beam of light can be irradiated forward without turning the lens 54 forward. Two reflecting surfaces 41a and 41b of the same shape as the reflecting plate 40 are symmetrically arranged in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle. When the bulb 37, the reflecting plate 40 and the lens 54 are arranged by a pair in the left and right two directions, since the same reflecting plate 40 is used, cost can be reduced, and erroneous work such as inversely installing the reflecting plate can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
