<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a variation in a chamfering dimension when applying round chamfering to respective edges of a plurality of cutting blades superposed in the shaft direction. <P>SOLUTION: An abrasive grain G is carried by a magnetic grain brush 45 by supplying the abrasive grain G to the magnetic grain brush 45 formed by supplying a magnetic grain J to a magnetic pole part 50. While rotating a cylindrical lower blade unit 35 formed by superposing a plurality of circular lower blades 4 so that the respective rotational axes E1 coincide with each other, around the rotational axes E1 by a cutting blade rotary part 40, and while rotating the magnetic grain brush 45 by rotation of the magnetic pole part 50 by a magnetic pole slow motion part 55, the abrasive grain G carried by this magnetic grain brush 45 is contacted with the respective lower blades 4, and transfer round chamfering is performed by a plurality of times for relatively transferring the magnetic pole part 50 over the whole of this cutting blade unit 35 to the lower blade unit 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
