<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form preparing system for shortening business form preparation time, and for improving business form preparation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A customer 2 transmits operation contents information 67 (quantity, delivery term, operation process or the like) of a business form 13 to a server 9 by using a computer 7, prepares the data of the form 13 preparation and transmits the data to a server 9. The server 9 performs the data check of the form 13 preparation and a check related to operation contents information 67, and transmits the check result to the customer 2 side. The correction processing/change processing of the form 13 preparation data is performed at the customer 2 side. The server 9 transmits print data for testing to the customer 2, and when confirmation is acquired, the server 9 makes a printing device 11 output the form 13, final proofreading paper 15 (process managing chart) and a management slip 17 (error list or the like).
