<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical rubber stopper retaining characteristics of vulcanized rubber, using a base material of crosslinking thermoplastic composition composed of isobutylene-based copolymer without using any crosslinking agent and having an extremely high chemical cleanliness and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic rubber composition, which is obtained by granulating a mixture of isobutylene-based copolymer and thermoplastic resin of 25-50 pts.wt. relative to the isobutylene-based copolymer of 100 pts.wt., is molded into a rubber stopper with a desired shape, and the rubber stopper is irradiated with electron beams to perform electron beam crosslinking; or the thermoplastic rubber composition obtained by granulation is irradiated with the electron beam, and after the electron beam crosslinking, molded into the rubber stopper with the desired shape, thereby providing the rubber stopper for the medical product container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
