PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which the adhesion of toner from a developing device to a photoreceptor is prevented when the dark decary of the photoreceptor is not sufficient. SOLUTION: After finishing a previous printing job, clocking by a timer T is started (ST1). When a printing command is given (ST2), whether or not the time T clocked until then is longer than specified time τ is decided (ST3). In the case of T>τ, developing bias is set to +300 V (ST4), and in the case of T<=τ, the developing bias is set to -300 V (ST5). Then, the printing job is prepared (ST6), and is performed at the set developing bias (ST7). |
