PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device of a motorcycle and a three-wheeled motorcycle superior in design property, for surely assisting a driving posture of an occupant when traveling at a high speed. SOLUTION: This seat device S has a backrest 6 movable in the longitudinal direction between a front seat 4 and a rear seat 5, and has a side support 7 arranged on both left and right sides of the backrest 6 and rotatable in the opening-closing direction in a predetermined angle range with a hinge 48 of an outside end part of the backrest 6 as a rotary shaft, an air cylinder 31 for moving the backrest 6 in the longitudinal direction on the basis of an operation signal, an air cylinder 41 for rotating the side support 7 on the basis of the operation signal, and an operation panel 70 for outputting the operation signal to a driving means such as the air cylinder 31.
