PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of effectively absorbing impact applied on a seating person. SOLUTION: In a vehicular seat 10, a seat back frame 15 has a joint K at a vertically middle portion. The seat back frame 15 receives reaction force on the basis of deformation of a spring member 85 according to a folding angle in the joint K when folded at the joint K in a direction to backwardly move an upper end. Therefore, in the vehicular seat 10, by angularly displacing the joint K that generates reaction force at the time of rear-end collision, the impact applied on the seating person is effectively absorbed.
