PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trademark leasing method suitable for dealing a trademark right as a leased property. SOLUTION: A trademark owner 1 who wants to lease a trademark assigns the trademark to a trademark lease trader 2 via a lease broker 3 (arrows a, b), and the trader 2 pays assignment charge to the trademark owner 1 via the broker 3 (arrows c, d). The trader 2 enters into a contract of rent-to-own operating lease with the broker 3 (arrow e), and obtains the lease charge of the trademark from the broker 3 (arrow f) during the period of the lease contract. The broker 3 gives a license of the trademark to the lease contractor 1 during the period of the lease contract (arrow g), and obtains the use fee of the trademark from the lease contractor 1 during the period of the lease contract (arrow h). The lease contractor 1 who has been the trademark owner can continue using the trademark as a person having a trademark using right, after the period of the lease contract expires, the lease contractor 1 can buy back the trademark at the set residual value from the trader 2 via the broker 3 (arrows i, j).
