PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite LC component that is constituted by integrating a capacitor capable of obtaining a high capacitance and an inductor capable of obtaining a high inductance with each other so that the height and mounting area of the component may be reduced. SOLUTION: The composite LC component 1 is constituted as an integrated and height-reduced composite component by disposing a thin film soft magnetic material 6 on at least one thin solid electrolytic capacitor 8, and a thin film circuit board 7; obtaining the inductor by forming a helical coil 5 on the outer peripheries of the capacitor 8, circuit board 7, and magnetic material 6; and, at the same time, electrically connecting the inductor to the capacitor 8 through the circuit board 7.
