PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety such that a combustible refrigerant leaking into a semi-hermetic space is not ignited, in a storage for an article such as a vending machine. SOLUTION: This vending machine has: a storage chamber with a heat insulation structure storing a commodity; a storage shelf for storing the commodity inside the storage chamber; a machine chamber formed in a lower part of a main body, and isolated from the storage chamber; and a cooling device sealed with a single refrigerant or a mixed refrigerant including the combustible refrigerant cooling the storage chamber. The cooling device comprises a plurality of condenser air blowing electric motors. Thereby, in case that the combustible refrigerant leaking from the storage chamber 1 flows into the machine chamber 9 after the storage chamber 1 has combustion range concentration of the combustible refrigerant by leakage of the combustible refrigerant into the storage chamber 1 from the cooling device 10 sealed with the combustible refrigerant, or in case that the machine chamber 9 has the combustion range concentration of the combustible refrigerant by leakage of the combustible refrigerant into the machine chamber 9 from the cooling device 10, a range allowing air blowing inside the machine chamber 9 in the width direction can be increased by the air blowing of two or more condenser air blowing electric motors 7, and the combustible refrigerant can be quickly diffused into the neighborhood of the vending machine, so that concentration does not rise to explosion lower limit concentration of the combustible refrigerant.
