PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display processing technique for displaying images having high interest and entertainment characteristics and meeting a user's liking and an atmosphere in a vehicle, and for assuring safety, i.e., a display processing system and display processing method, and also to provide a program for display processing. SOLUTION: A computer which displays a screen saver on a display 6 has a running judging section 33 which judges whether the vehicle is under running, an illumination judging section 34 which judges ON/OFF of an illumination lamp of the vehicle, and a suppressing section 35 which retards or suspends the change of the screen saver according to the judgment result of the illumination judging section 34. In the case of the vehicle under running or when the it is judged to be it night because of on of the illumination judging section 34, the change of the screen saver is suppressed and therefore the driver is prevented from being absent-minded.
