PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find wheel loads of a traveling vehicle by a reduced number of wheel load meters. SOLUTION: The wheel loads of the traveling vehicle measured by the wheel load meters S1L, S1R, S2R, S3L are stored in a memory of an arithmetic and control unit. Distribution values of the left wheel load W1L and the right wheel load W1R are found at first based on the left wheel load W1L and the right wheel load W1R measured by the wheel load meters S1L, S1R. The first distribution value R1 is calculated by the W1R/W1L, and the second distribution value R2 is calculated by the W1L/W1R. The left wheel load W2L in the second measuring position P2 is found by multiplying the right wheel load W2R measured by the wheel load meters S2R in the measuring position with the second distribution value R2. The right wheel load W3R in the third measuring position P3 is found by multiplying the left wheel load W3L measured by the wheel load meters S3L in the measuring position with the first distribution value R1.
