PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic type cushion tire for an industrial vehicle of which the durability is increased without reducing riding comfort. SOLUTION: For this pneumatic type cushion tire 1 for the industrial vehicle, a base rubber layer 3 and a tread rubber layer 2 are interlaid with an intermediate rubber layer 4 which is softer than those layers. In the pneumatic type cushion tire 1 for the industrial vehicle, a cushioning rubber layer 5b having a hardness D1 is inserted between the tread rubber layer and the intermediate rubber layer, and at the same time, a cushioning rubber layer 5a having a hardness D2 is inserted between the treat rubber layer and the intermediate rubber layer.
